We do not undertake automated decision making or profiling. We do use our computer systems to search and identify personal data in accordance with parameters set by a person. A person will always be involved in the decision making process.

SHARING YOUR INFORMATION

Generally, we require that third party organisations (our clients) acknowledge the confidentiality of any information that is shared with them and undertake to respect any individual’s right to privacy and comply with the principles of GDPR

Clients for the purpose of introducing candidates to them

Candidates for the purpose of arranging interviews and engagements

Clients, business partners, suppliers and sub-contractors for the performance and compliance obligations of any contract we enter into with them or you.

Subcontractors including, event organisers, analytics and search engine providers that assist us in the improvement and optimisation of our site; credit reference agencies, our insurance broker, compliance partners and other sub-contractors for the purpose of assessing your suitability for a role where this is a condition of us entering into a contract with you.

KEEPING YOUR INFORMATION SECURE

All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. We have put in place appropriate measures to protect the security of your information eg we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know. We may need to maintain records for a significant period of time. However, when we consider information is no longer needed, we will remove any details that will identify you or we will securely destroy the records.

We endeavour to ensure that the personal information we hold is accurate and up to date.

YOUR RIGHTS IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Request access to your personal data (commonly known as a “data subject access request”). This enables you to receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you and to check that we are lawfully processing it.
